GENERAL REGULATIONS

SECTION 314 DRIVEWAYS

A. Asphalt driveways shall have a compacted fill and have at least 2" base

material and at least 1" top material. Concrete driveways shall have

a compact fill and concrete not less than 4" thick Where sidewalk

runs through driveway portion from the sidewalk to the road, shall

be not less than 6" thick concrete. Sidewalks, other than before

mentioned, shall be at least 4" thick concrete.

B. Culvert pipes shall be whatever is required for proper drainage, but not

less than 6" in diameter and 12' long.

C. Driveways shall be located according to the applicable district

requirement.

D. Common driveways serving two or more dwellings shall not be permitted,

unless specifically permitted under the applicable district regulations.
