The devoted volunteers of the Chippewa Beautification Committee should be commended for the investment of time, talent and flowers that significantly improved the beauty of our Village this summer.  Congratulations to the over 100 of the 340 homes in Chippewa Village who received a Pride in Chippewa Certificate; (an award for improvement or beautification of their properties).   Our local volunteer committee assisted the Akron, Ohio judge and landscape designer with the process.   Congratulations to Paul and Gisela Mattingly of 128 Clover Cliff Drive for winning the 2008 Best in Show Award for the consistent and extreme investment made in their property.                                       

The resident Village volunteers who make up Beautification Committee which is now an unpaid nonprofit organization, plan to meet 8 times per year to help improve the quality of life in our lovely Chippewa Village.  The support of this group has been appreciated  and all donations to the funds to beautify Chippewa Village are payable to "CVPP" and sent to 244 Clover Cliff Dr, Chippewa Lake, Ohio 44215.
